Duties And Responsibilities

To achieve given Sales nos through customer walk in ? Work closely with the branch Service executives to drive Gold loan customers for fulfillment ? Ensuring policy adherence and meeting compliance requirement? Tracking Approval rate & other critical SLA deliverables for Gold loan product. ? Supporting Assayer in Operations /documentation.

Required Qualifications And Experience

Graduate with 1-3 years of relevant experience.? Knowledge of Cross Sell / Gold Loan Sales? Good Selling skills? Good Interpersonal skills
