B. Tech (Mechanical, Chemical, or any) OR Graduation + MBA in Sales & Marketing
Experience:
5 – 7 years in Technical Sales, Lubricant selling experience, must have worked in Jodhpur earlier in his career for at least 5 years. Segments - Majorly Steel, Punching & Stamping, General Engineering, Corrugation.
Job Responsibility

Responsible for the sales to designated partners and secondary customers and monitoring

Lead the Sales partners Representatives and Specialists, inclusive of managing performance, coaching and mentoring

Identify development potential in secondary accounts by studying current business, interviewing customer personnel

Ensuring maximum participation of sales partner and secondary customers personnel in seminars and presentations held by the company.

Establishes an environment and foundation for future sales growth. Sell value to customers by creating better solution to customers and documenting their successes.
