HR Executive

Role Overview We are looking for a motivated HR executive to support core HR functions, including recruitment, payroll coordination, employee documentation, and HR operations. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and eager to grow within a dynamic HR environment
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews via job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)
  • Support onboarding and maintain accurate employee documentation and HR databases
  • Assist with payroll coordination, attendance management, and leave management
  • Handle employee exit formalities and off-boarding processes
  • Coordinate day-to-day HR operations and employee queries
  • Prepare MIS reports and maintain HR records for audits and compliance
  • Ensure statutory compliance with ESI, PF, and applicable labor laws

Technical Skills
  • Advanced MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis
  • Keka HRMS – Attendance, Leave & Payroll modules
  • HR documentation and audit preparation
  • MIS reporting and data management
  • Statutory compliance: ESI, PF & labor laws
Soft Skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving ability with a proactive approach
