Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews via job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)
- Support onboarding and maintain accurate employee documentation and HR databases
- Assist with payroll coordination, attendance management, and leave management
- Handle employee exit formalities and off-boarding processes
- Coordinate day-to-day HR operations and employee queries
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain HR records for audits and compliance
- Ensure statutory compliance with ESI, PF, and applicable labor laws
Skills & Competencies Technical Skills
- Advanced MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis
- Keka HRMS – Attendance, Leave & Payroll modules
- HR documentation and audit preparation
- MIS reporting and data management
- Statutory compliance: ESI, PF & labor laws
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving ability with a proactive approach
- Quick learner, adaptable to evolving HR processes
- High attention to detail and organisational acumen
