Salary range: Rs 960000 - Rs 1444000 (ie INR 9.6 - 14.44 LPA)

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete execution of high-rise building projects from start to finish.
• Manage RCC, finishing works, MEP systems, façade, and coordinate with contractors.
• Ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to budget, quality, and safety standards.
• Lead site teams and maintain coordination with consultants and clients.

Required Skills:

• Execution of high-rise building projects
• Experience with MIVAN/Aluminium formwork systems
• Proficiency in Primavera and MS Project
• Expertise in billing and cost control
• Knowledge of QA/QC and safety management

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience in residential or commercial tower projects exceeding 15 floors.
