Tickets creation in a tool.
Handling VIP/senior users with confidence & maturity.
MAC installation, configuration & technical support.
Windows installation, Configurations, Operations.
Complete troubleshooting of Desktop & Laptops.
Configuration & Operation of all peripherals.
User data backup & restorations.
O365 I Configurations, operations & complete troubleshooting.
End user applications installations & basic level support.
Basic troubleshooting for network issues.
Remote support for end users.
MS teams, Zoom, VC & VC Setup.
Mobile device configuration /Management.
