Roles & Responsibility:- Work with Product Owner and Business Teams to understand the requirements and come up with solutions Work as an On-Call associate and need to support/fix the issues based on the abends raised by other teams Good hands-on and working knowledge on COBOL,DB2, JCL, CNTL-M, Native and External Stored Procedures Strong communication skills to handle business teams
Technical Skill Set:-
- Experience in analyzing the requirements and come up with the design solutions
- Need to quickly analyze/understand the business queries and provide solutions
- Need to have knowledge on CNTL-M. Also need to fix the batch abends in the batch processing
- Should have good knowledge on DB2 and quickly understand the DB2 tables and write COBOL-DB2 programs and Stored procedures (Native and External)
- Hands on experience on JCL,PROC and Parm cards
Skills:- Hands on experience on COBOL, DB2, Stored Procedures and JCL programming.
