We are looking for an experienced Procurement / Purchase Executive with strong expertise in Building Materials procurement and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end procurement and purchase activities
- Source and procure building materials and related products
- Identify and manage vendors and supplier relationships
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and purchase terms
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely material availability
- Monitor inventory levels and supplier performance
- Ensure smooth procurement operations and cost optimization
Experience in Building Industry / Building Materials procurement
Vendor management & negotiation skills
Purchase order handling & inventory coordination
Strong analytical & communication skills
MS Office & ERP knowledge preferred
Ability to work independently and manage multiple vendors
Eligibility
- 4-8 years of experience in Procurement / Purchase
- Experience in Building Materials Industry is mandatory
- Graduate in any discipline preferred
