Role Description

This role is for a Marketing Co-Founder to join UniVally in a strategic leadership capacity and play a pivotal role in shaping the vision, strategy, and roadmap of the company. As a Co-Founder, you will collaborate with the founding team to drive growth, forge partnerships, and oversee key business operations. Responsibilities include developing business strategies, leading sales and marketing initiatives, conducting market research, building relationships with stakeholders, and contributing to funding efforts. This is a remote leadership position, offering flexibility and the chance to make a meaningful impact on the higher education landscape.

What you will do

  • Lead brand marketing and define UniVally’s voice, identity, and positioning.
  • Build and execute marketing strategies that drive awareness, trust, and growth.
  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social, content, and outreach channels.
  • Own campaign management, sales enablement, and lead generation efforts.
  • Create strong storytelling and content direction that connects with students, parents, universities, and partners.
  • Track performance, understand ROI, and make data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Support outreach, partnerships, and community-building initiatives.
  • Work closely with the founding team as part of the core leadership group.
