Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Manage campaign setup, tracking, and optimization
  • Improve CPL, CAC, and conversion rates
  • Conduct A/B testing and funnel optimization
  • Manage retargeting and audience segmentation
  • Track and report campaign performance
  • Support lead generation strategies
  • Work with content and growth teams

KPIs

  • Cost per lead (CPL) efficiency
  • Customer acquisition cost (CAC) reduction
  • Conversion rate optimization
  • ROI on paid campaigns
  • Number of qualified leads generated monthly
  • Click-through rate (CTR) improvement
  • Landing page conversion rates
  • Campaign ROAS improvement

Requirements

  • 3–6 years performance marketing experience
  • Strong experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • Experience in lead generation campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar tools
