What you will be doing

Your main responsibilities include:

Design and deliver PowerBI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to key business stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs, define KPIs, and translate business questions into robust analytical frameworks
Extract, clean, and integrate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting platforms
Proactively identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets to surface opportunities for operational improvement and cost savings
Champion data quality and governance best practices, contributing to the maturity of the organization's analytics capabilities
Train global audiences and support the adoption of self-service analytics tools across business units

What makes you a great fit

5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role
Advanced proficiency in delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions, with strong expertise in Power BI
Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation
Familiarity with SQL for data retrieval
Strong experience with data modeling, statistical analysis, and working with large, complex datasets in a financial context
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
