We are looking for a marketing professional with 2+ years of experience who understands both paid and organic marketing. The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, organic growth, campaign analysis, and the ability to identify performance gaps and recommend optimisation opportunities across the marketing funnel.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and support paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Analyse campaign performance and identify issues affecting results, such as a drop in leads, weak CTR, poor conversion rates, tracking gaps, audience mismatch, ad fatigue, landing page issues, or funnel leaks.
- Work on SEO and organic marketing initiatives to improve visibility, traffic, and lead quality.
- Support broader digital marketing activities, including content coordination, email marketing, marketing automation flows, and campaign planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve lead quality, campaign efficiency, and overall marketing outcomes.
- Use AI tools to improve research, reporting, campaign ideation, content support, data interpretation, and workflow efficiency.
- Stay updated on new digital marketing trends, platform updates, and AI-enabled marketing workflows.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Good working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Good understanding of SEO and organic marketing.
- Ability to review account performance and identify where the problem is likely coming from.
- Understanding of marketing funnels, audience targeting, creatives, landing pages, and performance metrics.
- Basic knowledge of email marketing and automation workflows is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
