Responsibilities & Key Deliverables As Deputy Manager - Machining within the Transmission Department at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., you will oversee the comprehensive mechanical maintenance of machine shops and engine assembly/test areas. Lead and mentor your maintenance team to develop skill sets and foster a collaborative work environment.
Conduct root cause analyses to prevent recurring equipment failures and improve system reliability.

Monitor key performance indicators related to equipment availability, maintenance efficiency, and safety compliance.

Advanced certifications or training in maintenance management, TPM implementation, or machinery automation would be advantageous.

A background in troubleshooting complex mechanical failures under time-sensitive conditions.
