- Scrutinize documents for account opening and service request processing.
- Perform data entry for account opening and service requests.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Liaise with other teams within Retail Liability Operations to ensure smooth workflow and resolution of issues.
Education
- Graduation: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in operations or a similar role.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Basic understanding of banking operations and customer service processes.
