Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional with 2–3 years in debt fundraising or financial services to join our Bangalore team. The role involves managing end-to-end debt fundraising activities, building relationships with lenders, and maintaining high-quality financial and investor data. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in coordinating fundraising transactions and strong data management capabilities.

Key job responsibilities

Debt Fundraising & Execution

Identify and engage with banks, Non-Banking Financial Company, and financial institutions for debt funding
Support and execute end-to-end debt fundraising transactions (term loans, working capital, structured finance)
Prepare financial models, credit notes, and information memorandums
Coordinate with internal teams (finance, legal, operations) for timely data and documentation
Manage due diligence processes and lender queries

Investor / Lender Relationship Management

Maintain regular communication with lenders and stakeholders
Track discussions, negotiations, and deal progress
Assist in structuring deals based on business requirements and market conditions

Data Management & Reporting (Critical Requirement)

Maintain and update lender/investor databases with high accuracy
Track deal pipelines, sanction status, disbursements, and repayments
Ensure proper documentation, version control, and data integrity
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and periodic updates for management
Organize financial records, agreements, and compliance documents

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure all fundraising activities comply with internal and external guidelines
Maintain audit-ready documentation for all transactions
Coordinate with legal teams for agreements and closures

Basic Qualifications

2+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
Knowledge of Excel
Master's degree or above in finance or equivalent
2–3 years of experience in debt fundraising, corporate finance, banking, or Non-Banking Financial Company
Strong understanding of debt instruments (term loans, working capital, Non-Convertible Debentures, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
Experience with SQL
Experience in technical document writing using Visio, Word, Excel, or PowerPoint
