- Drive long-term strategy formulation and execution across financial, infrastructure, and institutional dimensions
- Lead a Strategic Transformation / PMO office to monitor high-priority initiatives and cross-functional programs
- Coordinate with government ministries, regulators, and institutional stakeholders on strategic matters
- Develop policy papers, cabinet notes, and executive-level strategic communications
- Conduct macro, policy, and global benchmarking analyses to inform leadership decisions
- Support CEO-level engagements with government, investors, and global stakeholders
- Build governance frameworks, dashboards, and monitoring mechanisms for enterprise-wide initiatives
- Drive ecosystem development through partnerships, institutional outreach, and strategic initiatives
- 12-18 years of experience in strategy, consulting, infrastructure, public policy, or institutional transformation roles
- Prior experience working with or advising government, regulators, or large institutional ecosystems
- Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution and program management capability
- Deep understanding of policy, economic development, and multi-stakeholder environments
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to create board-level, cabinet-level, and executive material
- High maturity, ownership, and ability to operate in high-pressure, high-visibility environments
- Direct access to and influence over top leadership decision-making
