HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments.
• Develop hiring strategies to attract top talent.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and onboarding.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for future growth.

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Foster a positive and high-performance work culture.
• Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution.
• Conduct employee engagement activities and retention programs.
• Drive performance management initiatives.

HR Operations

• Manage attendance, leave management, and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Handle HR documentation, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor disciplinary actions and employee conduct.

Performance Management

• Implement KPI and KRA systems across departments.
• Conduct performance reviews and employee development programs.
• Identify training needs and organize learning initiatives.

Compliance & Administration

• Ensure compliance with all labor regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate audits related to HR and statutory compliance.
• Maintain HRMIS and employee databases.

Requirements

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in Manufacturing, FMCG, Cosmetics, or Consumer Products.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll coordination, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in hiring for production, sales, marketing, and corporate functions.
• Proficiency in HRMS systems and Microsoft Excel.
