- To conduct initial screening of credit proposals with the required due diligence and ensure that all information required to take a credit decision is captured in the proposal.
- To ensure that all proposals are compliant with all the norms of credit policy, RBI regulations and other statutory regulations.
- To maintain stipulated TAT in credit appraisal process and co-ordinate with sales team for faster decisions to improvise TATs of the overall sanction process.
- To ensure that the property risk & customer risks are managed.
- Review and monitor quality of portfolio and Vendor management
- Review the Audit queries and ensure such queries gets resolved and do get repeated in future
- To ensure that the industry , market , reputation etc risk & customer risks are managed.
- Training to various stakeholders on policy , process, compliance & product programs & developing training contents from training aspects .
- Portfolio management including early delinquencies & NPA , peer delinquent reviews , SLA drafting , SOP developments , implementation of new technology tie ups.
- Vendor management – managing & monitoring vendors within the defined framework of the organization & ensuring that compliance is duly followed .
- Data management , reporting and review monthly information system to enable stakeholders to have insights into various activities.
- Following due diligence viz. fraud identification & management , reporting fraud to relevant authorities.
- Stake holding management - managing different stake holders viz. business , collections , ops , sales , policy , product and compliance
