We are looking for speech therapist who will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, voice, fluency, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. The role involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams including physiotherapists, occupational therapists and psychologist to design and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions that improve communication and functional independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing functions using standardized tools.
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings.
- Document clinical observations, treatment progress, and session notes accurately and timely.
- Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and family counseling sessions.
- Educate caregivers and families on home programs and communication strategies.
