Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated Relationship Manager to join our team in Vijayawada, specializing in Loan Against Property (LAP). This role involves managing and growing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their financial needs are met through our LAP products, and driving business growth.

Job Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their financial needs and offering suitable LAP solutions.
  • Actively source new business opportunities and acquire new clients for LAP products within the Vijayawada market.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence for LAP applications, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present loan proposals to clients, clearly explaining terms, conditions, and benefits.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for LAP products.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including credit, legal, and operations, to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursal.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes related to the LAP segment.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client interactions, and market insights.

Job Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in relationship management or sales within the financial services industry, specifically with a focus on Loan Against Property (LAP).
  • Strong understanding of LAP products, processes, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Results-oriented with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and understanding of credit principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English and Telugu is essential.
