- Should have hands on Experience in Operation maintenance, project experience will be added advantage.
- Ensuring the Electrical Equipment Erection & Commissioning as per the timelines.
- Knowledge in PLC programming with hands on experience of Siemens(S7-1500) or Allen Bradley.
- Knowledge in servo Different PLC Controllers, I/O Modules, HMI, motors, drives, trouble shouting & Configuration.
- Monitoring of Erection and commissioning works of Electrical Equipment’s to ensure the correctness as per defined standards.
- Should be able to convert the customer requirement into machine logics.
- Should be able to understand and modify the electrical drawings.
- Periodic review of Progress on the Plant.
- Should be familiar with pneumatic & Instrumentation systems.
- Adherence to maintenance schedule and maintenance budget
- Improvement in plant reliability index
- Reduction in cost of maintenance (Stores, spares and repair maintenance cost)
