Insurance – Life & Health | POSP Channel
About The Role
We are looking for dynamic Relationship Managers and Senior Relationship Managers with a strong background in Life and Health Insurance to drive business through the POSP channel. The role focuses on recruitment, training, engagement of POSP partners, and delivering superior service to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and manage POSP partners.
- Train and engage POSPs to improve productivity and business outcomes.
- Drive business growth in Life and Health Insurance through POSP channel.
- Provide prompt service and support to POSPs, customers, and internal teams.
- Ensure smooth coordination for policy issuance, renewals, and servicing.
- Maintain compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company processes.
- Experience in Life and/or Health Insurance (mandatory).
- Prior exposure to POSP / Agency / Advisor management.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and training skills.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
- RM: 2–4 years of relevant experience
- SRM: 4–7 years of relevant experience
- Graduation required (MBA/PGDM preferred)
