What Will You Do
Be responsible for sales of all unitary range of products and directly responsible for the specific booking & revenue targets.
- Generate revenue from Key Direct Clients/Dealers, HVAC Consultants, Architects, Project Managers, and Contractors.
- Generate pipeline by identifying critical-to-close jobs.
- Conduct customer/dealer meetings.
- Achieve order booking & billing targets.
- Conduct payment follow-up.
- Provide necessary demonstrations & product presentations.
- Consultative selling approach: Skill in understanding customer needs, challenges, and goals, then recommending solutions that add real business value.
- Technical and product knowledge: Confidence in presenting HVAC systems, energy solutions, and sustainable technologies, while linking features to customer benefits.
- Negotiation and closing skills: Capability to handle objections, create win-win scenarios, and successfully close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Business development mindset: Proactively identifying new opportunities, prospecting clients, and expanding Trane’s presence in various industries.
- Presentation and persuasion skills: Delivering impactful presentations, demos, and proposals that influence customer decisions.
- Resilience and goal-oriented: Ability to work in a competitive market, meet sales targets, and adapt quickly to challenges
