About the Role
:We are hiring a Calibration Laboratory Head to lead the technical direction and quality oversight of our calibration laboratory for gas, dust, and meteorological instruments. This role involves defining calibration processes, developing SOPs, planning setups for new parameters and capabilities, and driving measurement accuracy improvement through structured testing
.

Required Skills & Qualificati
ons● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instrumentation, Environmental Engineering, Applied Physics, Atmospheric Science, Metrology, or a related fi
eld● Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in a calibration or testing laboratory environment, with a total professional experience of 6+ years preferr
ed.● Strong understanding of measurement uncertainty estimation and GUM methodol
ogy● Experience with gas analyzers, dust/particulate monitors, or meteorological sens
ors● Demonstrated ability to write SOPs, design calibration workflows, and build technical documentat
