Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and implementing strategic roadmaps to expand 3PL capacity in line with seasonal spikes (e.g., IPL, festive sales) and geographical expansion.
- Lead process change initiatives to ensure 3PL partners can pivot quickly to new product launches or service line changes.
- Collaborate with the Business Finance team to plan, execute, and monitor Cost Infusions, ensuring a high ROI on every rupee spent.
- Establish reporting frameworks for management to track cost-per-delivery, and financial leakages.
- Use live dashboards to track 3PL perforamnce and implement immediate "war-room" corrections during any disruptions.
- Build deep rapport with partner POCs to ensure Swiggy remains their "preferred client" for resource allocation.
- Proactively monitor competitor interventions within shared 3PL partners to prevent poaching.
- Assist in periodic contract reviews and SLA negotiations.
- Work with the Product team to improve the flow of information between Swiggy’s tech stack and partner APIs.
Desired skills:
- Graduate with 7-8 years/post graduate with 4-5 years of experience. (B.E./B.Tech from a Tier 1/2 institute (preferred))
- Prior experience in process design and operations implementation (preferably in logistics/supply chain management)
- Strong operational, analytical and numerical skills; Ability to use data effectively for devising operations strategy
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize in order to meet daily, weekly, and long-term requirements and goals
- Must have the ability to multi-task, manage multiple hubs and establish priorities
- Passion to deliver a positive customer experience; Ability to maintain composure in difficult situations; Good communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to critically think through and resolve problems
