  • Develop and implement community mobilization plans to support project activities.

  • Conduct awareness programs, workshops, and meetings with local communities.

  • Act as a liaison between the project team and community stakeholders.

  • Identify key stakeholders and maintain effective communication channels.

  • Track community engagement activities and document participation.

  • Prepare periodic reports highlighting community interactions, challenges, and recommendations.

  • Support monitoring of social impact and compliance with relevant guidelines.

  • Address community concerns, grievances, and feedback in coordination with project teams.
