Role overview
The Referral Facilitator will support people from villages in the Bero–Itki block to access government hospitals in Ranchi by coordinating referrals and navigating hospital systems.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with staff across departments in government hospitals.
  
• Understand hospital processes and map doctor availability to support timely referrals.
  
• Coordinate closely with field teams to link individuals requiring consultations and follow-up care.
  
Identify and engage with public-spirited hospitals in the district to facilitate referrals when needed

Qualifications & skills

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
  
• Prior experience or familiarity with hospital systems preferred.
  
• Strong relationship-building skills, particularly within government systems.
  
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and at least one local language of Jharkhand.
  
• 3–5 years of experience working in a hospital setting.
