Job Description
BIM365 is hiring 2 Architectural BIM Modelers to join our growing remote team. You will work directly on international AEC projects, coordinating with clients across Australia and other global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage Architectural BIM models using Revit
Coordinate directly with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables
Attend client calls/meetings and provide regular project updates
Produce coordinated BIM models as per project LOD requirements
Manage drawing outputs, model documentation, and revisions
Collaborate with MEP and structural disciplines for clash-free coordination
Ensure deliverables meet project standards and timelines

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Architectural BIM Modeling
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture)
Must be confident in direct client communication and coordination
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Experience With BIM Coordination Workflows (Navisworks Preferred)
Knowledge of international BIM standards (ISO 19650 awareness is a plus)
Must own a personal laptop/desktop capable of running Revit smoothly
Stable internet connection required for client calls and file sharing
Self-motivated and able to manage deadlines independently
