The Role

A ground-up accounting role for someone who knows their fundamentals well and wants to own real work from day one, not spend months watching someone else do it.

What You'll Own

• Record and maintain day-to-day accounting entries with accuracy
• Support month-end closing activities including journal entries and ledger reviews
• Assist in reconciling GST, Payroll Tax, Professional Tax, TDS, and other statutory accounts
• Handle routine accounting, reviewing, and reporting tasks with full ownership
• Document processes as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Resolve internal queries within defined turnaround times
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on their daily financial requirements

What You Bring

• B.Com / BBA Finance / M.Com
• CA Foundation cleared or CA Inter (any group) is a strong advantage
• Basic practical understanding of GST, TDS, and payroll tax compliance
• 0 to 1 year of experience; internship or articleship counts
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently without hand-holding
• Clear written and verbal communication in English
