We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial recordkeeping, taxation compliance, and reporting activities. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions, maintaining statutory compliance, and supporting smooth financial operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in accounting principles, GST and TDS regulations, Tally, and advanced Excel functions. You will play a key role in managing invoicing, reconciliations, financial documentation, and reporting while ensuring timely compliance with regulatory requirements. This position is well-suited for someone who thrives in a structured environment, demonstrates strong analytical skills, and can independently handle accounting processes with a high degree of accuracy and accountability.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, bookkeeping, and financial record maintenance.
- Prepare and process GST invoices while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Handle GST data extraction, reconciliation, and reporting through accounting systems.
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, compliance, and related documentation.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Track customer payments, outstanding receivables, and follow up on collections when required.
- Maintain sales and purchase accounting records with complete accuracy.
- Prepare stock reports and support inventory-related accounting activities.
- Import and export accounting data between Tally and Excel for reporting and analysis.
- Generate financial reports, schedules, and supporting documentation for management review.
- Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and statutory compliance documentation.
- Support audit requirements and provide necessary financial information when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of accounting transactions and financial activities.

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
