We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Manager to join our growing organization. This role is ideal for an HR professional with strong experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) and a solid foundation in HR Generalist responsibilities. The selected candidate will work closely with business leaders and employees to drive people initiatives, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and ensure seamless HR operations.
The HR Manager will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, supporting workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, talent development, and employee relations while ensuring HR processes align with business objectives.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partnering
- Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and translate them into effective people strategies.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and workforce planning.
- Collaborate with managers to identify talent gaps and recommend solutions for improving team performance and productivity.
- Support organizational change initiatives and help drive employee adoption and engagement.
HR Generalist Functions
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are consistently implemented across teams.
- Handle employee queries and provide timely resolution to HR-related concerns.
- Support performance review cycles, goal-setting processes, and development planning initiatives.
- Assist in compensation and benefits administration and employee recognition programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and retention.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.
- Conduct employee feedback sessions and work with leadership to implement actionable improvements.
- Support learning and development initiatives by identifying training needs and coordinating development programs.
HR Operations
- Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day HR operations and compliance-related activities.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports to support decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes and enhance employee experience.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable labor regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Human Resources, with significant exposure to HRBP and HR Generalist responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management and HR best practices.
- Experience working closely with business leaders and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Knowledge of performance management, employee engagement, talent management, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
