  • Ensure campaigns adhere to established standards for branding, personalization, compliance, and data usage

  • Support recurring, triggered, and ad hoc email campaigns across multiple business units and regions

Marketing Automation Operations

  • Work within established campaign workflows and operating models to deliver consistent, scalable execution

  • Perform thorough quality assurance checks to validate segmentation logic, personalization, links, and data accuracy

  • Troubleshoot campaign issues related to data, segmentation, or execution and escalate when needed

  • Maintain accurate documentation of campaign builds and processes

Collaboration & Support

  • Partner closely with the Marketing Automation Supervisor, program managers, and business marketers to translate campaign requirements into executable builds

  • Collaborate with data and technology teams to resolve data-related issues and improve segmentation accuracy

  • Support process improvements and contribute ideas to improve efficiency, quality, and turnaround time

Performance & Optimization Support

  • Assist with campaign reporting and performance tracking by ensuring correct tagging and data capture

  • Support A/B tests and experimentation efforts by accurately executing test designs

  • Apply learnings and feedback to improve future campaign execution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required; 1-2 years of experience in email marketing, marketing automation or digital marketing operations

  • Preferred Fields of Study: Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field

  • Hands on experience with Adobe Experience platform (AEP), Oracle Eloqua or similar email/marketing automation platforms.

  • Strong understanding of email marketing fundamentals, including segmentation, personalization and lifecycle campaigns.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools like Adobe Analytics or Power BI

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills valued

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment.

Preferred:
