Service Engineer

Experience: Min 0 to 3 yrs
Qualification: BE/ B.Tech – Graduate in Biomedical Engineering
Job responsibilities:
- Handling of Critical care & Cardiology products.
- Onsite training to Service dealers & Customer support engineers
- Handling, follow up, & pre-installation planning for all Major supply at customer sites
- Technical Support for installations
- Field visits on installation problems and major supply issues
- Maintenance & follow up of PM visit directory
- Coordinating with in house technical support team to address Major issues, critical problems, installation delays, tender queries, etc.
- Frequent failure analysis on all products & Feedback analysis on service calls.
- CRM handling – Open installation follow up & open call analysis
