We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to strengthen and expand our Channel Partner (CP) network while driving business growth for our EPC division. The role requires identifying and onboarding new channel partners, nurturing existing relationships, generating business opportunities through various sources, and ensuring seamless coordination between channel partners and internal teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen, relationship-building skills, and the ability to create a sustainable partner ecosystem that contributes to the company's revenue and market expansion objectives.

Responsibilities
- Onboard and manage Channel Partners.
- Generate business through partner and direct sourcing channels.
- Build long-term partner relationships and drive partner productivity.
- Support project closures and revenue growth initiatives.
- Act as a bridge between Channel Partners and internal teams.
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Channel Sales, or Partner Management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development abilities.
- Ability to achieve sales and revenue targets independently.
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Bachelor's degree or relevant
- Experience in the Solar EPC or Renewable Energy industry.
- Existing network of Channel Partners, Dealers.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales analytics, and pipeline management.
- Willingness to travel extensively for partner development
