About the Role

MWB Technologies is looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our growing team in Hubli. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, experience with AI-powered design tools, and the ability to create engaging visual and video content for digital marketing, branding, and business communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative graphics for social media, websites, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
• Create branding materials, brochures, banners, and promotional content.
• Use AI-based design tools to improve creativity and productivity.
• Edit and produce engaging videos, reels, and promotional content.
• Collaborate with marketing and business teams to develop visual concepts.
• Ensure consistency in brand identity across all platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other design software.
• Experience with AI design tools and creative automation platforms.
• Good video editing skills using tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Filmora, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of layouts, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
