Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for acquisition of BFL’s CD dealers and deepening the relationship for the following products
- LAP, Flexi LAP, Term Loans, Working Capital Lines
- Home Loans, Home Loan Flexi
- Business Loans
- RSM North : Delhi NCR, Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Jaipur, Calcutta
- Responsible for delivery of annual operating plan across the following metrics:
- Loan book size,
- Portfolio credit quality (i.e. Delinquencies & Cost of Credit)
- Interest Spreads
- Cross Sell
- Develop annual account plans for CD Dealers
- Effective monitoring, tracking and closing exceptions, deferrals and deviations.
- Delinquency management and taking steps for early recovery from overdue customers.
"1. CA/MBA Finance with 5-6 years of relevant lending experience (SME / Commercial Bank) in Banks / NBFCs.
- Should have a strong entrepreneurial competency
- Should have good communication and inter personal skills with an ability to work in multi-tasking environment
- Lending experience in Commercial Lending segments will be an added advantage
- Should be able to work well in flat non-hierarchical teams independently
- High level of integrity and dependability with strong sense of urgency and result orientation
- Result orientation and problem solving approach.
- Should be able to work under pressure and possess multi tasking abilities"
