Distinct from the accelerator approach, our venture studio is closely involved in idea generation, day-to-day operations, and strategic decisions of growing the new business. Companies incubated in the last 24 months include Elevate Now, Nivaan Care, Reveal Healthtech and BabyMD and Everhope Oncology.

Role definition:

The Director – GTM & Growth Operations will work closely with the leadership team across Growth, Product, Sales, Operations, and Technology to drive business performance and execution. This role requires a highly adaptable operator who can own cross-functional initiatives, solve business problems, improve operational efficiency, and scale growth levers across the customer lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working across strategy and execution, moving seamlessly between growth initiatives, sales processes, stakeholder management, analytics, technology-enabled problem solving, and business operations.

Responsibilities:

Business Operations & Execution

• Drive cross-functional initiatives across Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Technology teams.

• Establish tracking mechanisms, operating cadences, and execution frameworks to ensure timely delivery of business priorities.

• Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively drive resolution across stakeholders

• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure business objectives are delivered efficiently

Go-to-Market (Execution)

• Design and execute GTM strategies for growth initiatives with clear success metrics and tracking mechanisms.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to translate GTM plans into high impact acquisition campaigns and conversion-focused journeys.

Digital Marketing & Acquisition

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (mandatory channels).

• Drive acquisition across paid search, paid social, and SEO, ensuring delivery against CPL, CPA, and ROAS targets.

• Work with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and/or Google Tag Manager to track, measure, and improve performance.

• Continuously optimize funnels including landing pages, creatives, and retention journeys (email/SMS/WhatsApp) to improve conversion rates.

• Run A/B tests across campaigns, creatives, and landing pages to improve efficiency and scale.

• Own end-to-end performance marketing metrics including traffic, leads, conversions, CAC, and ROI.


Sales Enablement & Revenue Operations

• Partner closely with inside sales teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and funnel efficiency.

• Design and optimize sales processes, workflows, scripts, and operating playbooks.

• Analyze conversion data and identify opportunities to improve sales productivity and revenue performance.

Performance Tracking & Insights

• Build and manage dashboards to track CAC, CPL, ROAS, funnel conversion rates, and channel performance.

• Analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights to improve efficiency and scale high-performing channels.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience across Growth, GTM, Business Operations, Product, Revenue Operations, or Performance Marketing in high-growth environments.
  • MBA from a Tier-1 institution is required, with preference given to candidates with an engineering background.
  • Strong understanding of acquisition channels including Google and Meta ecosystems.
  • Experience driving cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Candidates from consumer technology, quick commerce, gaming, marketplace, D2C, healthcare, and high-growth startup ecosystems will be particularly relevant.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity and automation tools is preferred
