Role Overview:
Join our dynamic and energetic team at Anaxee Digital Runners. We are currently seeking a talented and passionate individual for the part-time role of Field Sales Executive or Survey job
Job Location: Birhum District, West bengal
Experience: Fresher or a minimum of six months of experience
Salary Range – 2.4 LPA - 3.6 LPA (depends on work hours)
Responsibilities:

Manage the sales function in the allocated cluster.
Maintain long-term relationships with distributors and retailers.
Expand and manage the sales network.
Provide retailers with updates on new or improved products & services.
Monitor and analyze the market scenario and competitors' activities, including pricing.
Collect feedback from retailers.
Ensure the right product is available at the right place, at the right counter, and at the right time.
Have a knack for sales.
Carry out the negotiation process and close sales.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a field sales executive or similar role in the Non-FMCG sector would be an added advantage
Strong leadership and managerial skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.

NOTE

Must have two-wheeler.
