Ø Coordinate with HO regarding pricing and credit limit
Ø Ensure minimum rotation and refill
Ø Customer visit and quality assurance
Ø Visit Customer before serving them first delivery jointly with RCM
Ø Review customer with respect to creditability, consumption, bank of cylinder, rate, credit days, credit limit, before their onboard and approval of customer through ME App.
Ø Execute agreement with new customer before first delivery and ensure that KYC documents are received.(Adhaar card and Shop Act certificate/GST Certificate) jointly with RCM
Ø Maintain regulator stock record
Ø Maintain record of NC at customer place
Ø Periodical physical verification of NC and outstanding confirmation
Ø Daily Route Planning jointly with RCM
Ø Ensure recovery of outstanding of parties that are doubtful and coordinating with Regional Commercial Manager and DFO
Coordinate with Stock Point and Plant for availability of stock
