Designation: Retail Field Sales Executive

Purpose

To drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing customer relationships.

Key Result Areas

Achieve or exceed sales targets, expand existing customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities.

Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Accurately forecast sales performance, manage sales lead pipeline, and ensure a steady flow of sales opportunities.

Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products/services, and effectively demonstrate their value to customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identify their needs, and provide solutions to meet those needs.

Gather and analyze market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.

Enablers

Sell company products / services to targeted customers in the assigned area of the branch

Attend all enquiry calls with in TAT

Generating Own leads by way of Door-to-Door activity & through Cold calls in the assigned area

Submitting daily call reports to reporting manager

Conducting weekly BTL activity through Kiosk activity / Leafleting / Boucher Distribution etc.

Conducting & participating in on Ground activity / Group activity to counter competition

Generating sales from Low Utilized Element within the assigned area to maximize capacity utilization
