- Responsible for achievement of targets for Domestic Group of Products for East Zone & to increase the market share
- Responsible for timely execution of orders thro’ C & F / Plant & Stock management of C & F Godown
- To increase the dealer network coverage and put more focus on customer/dealer relationship management.
- Conducting market surveys for new products and competitor’s activities and give feedback to ZO/HO.
- Responsible to maintain the minimum Stock Level at C & F Godown.
- Develop, support, and motivate reportees to improve overall efficiency.
- To provide the monthly OI projection to BO/ZO in coordination with the reportees.
- Co ordinate with the TSS and Zonal Sales Team towards Indenting of materials on a monthly basis with the appropriate mix of products based on the season and market demand.
- Regular contacts with customers/dealers and monitoring dealers’ performance periodically
- Collecting outstanding payments/statutory forms of dealers as per Company target
