Major Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achievement of targets for Domestic Group of Products for East Zone & to increase the market share
  • Responsible for timely execution of orders thro’ C & F / Plant & Stock management of C & F Godown
  • To increase the dealer network coverage and put more focus on customer/dealer relationship management.
  • Conducting market surveys for new products and competitor’s activities and give feedback to ZO/HO.
  • Responsible to maintain the minimum Stock Level at C & F Godown.
  • Develop, support, and motivate reportees to improve overall efficiency.
  • To provide the monthly OI projection to BO/ZO in coordination with the reportees.
  • Co ordinate with the TSS and Zonal Sales Team towards Indenting of materials on a monthly basis with the appropriate mix of products based on the season and market demand.

Planning and execution of the Sales Promotional Activities in line with the sanctioned Budget.

  • Regular contacts with customers/dealers and monitoring dealers’ performance periodically
  • Collecting outstanding payments/statutory forms of dealers as per Company target

Formal Education : DME / Graduate / MBA

Experience : 12-15 years
