Talent Acquisition Specialist

ProArch is seeking an experienced and agile Talent Acquisition Specialist with 5–8 years of hands-on recruitment experience across mid to senior-level hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving execution of hiring plans, building talent pipelines, and managing key stakeholder relationships while ensuring data-driven recruitment excellence.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding for critical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand role requirements, workforce plans, and talent priorities.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using multiple channels including job portals, referrals, social platforms, and internal talent pools.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate competencies, and provide detailed feedback to stakeholders.
- Manage offer negotiations and ensure timely candidate closure while maintaining alignment with compensation guidelines.
- Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.
- Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Support employer branding, campus hiring, and recruitment campaigns as required.
- Continuously identify process improvements and implement best practices within the TA function.
Requirements
· MBA / PGDM (HR) from a recognized institution.
· 5–8 years of proven experience in recruitment, with exposure to managing a recruitment team or leading hiring initiatives.
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
· Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, including screening, interview scheduling, and feedback management.
· Proficiency in offer negotiations, candidate closure, and alignment with business objectives.
· Experience with job boards, referral programs, social media sourcing, and ATS tools.
· Good understanding of business requirements and ability to align recruitment strategies accordingly.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality.
· Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and recruitment reporting dashboards.
