IT Support Engineer

We are looking for an IT Support / Desktop Support Engineer responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining IT systems within the organization. The candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and basic networking knowledge to ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Provide technical support to employees for Windows, email, internet, and application-related problems.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and system access.
- Install and update operating systems, antivirus software, and applications.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Handle basic networking tasks such as LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity and IP configuration.
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation of systems and assets.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
- Ensure data backup and system security compliance.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and system maintenance.
- Familiarity with printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and remote desktop support.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
