Sr Associate Amazon Fresh
The Sr Associate Amazon Fresh is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, ensuring optimal performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement in vendor operations. Key duties include vendor onboarding, catalog quality improvement and defect resolution, daily vendor operations, performance monitoring, and implementation of vendor-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively improve catalog quality and automate manual reports periodically as per business requirements
  • Monitor and analyze vendor performance metrics (fill rate, delivery adherence, quality)
  • Drive vendor compliance to established processes and guidelines
  • Resolve vendor queries and operational issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve vendor operations
  • Maintain accurate vendor documentation and data
  • Support vendor onboarding and training initiatives
  • Identify and implement process improvements for vendor management
  • Conduct regular reporting and analysis of vendor performance trends

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in vendor management or business operations
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools

Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Familiarity with automation tools and reporting frameworks
  • Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment

Key job responsibilities
  • Support execution of key programs by enabling timely and accurate inputs through cross functional collaboration
  • Own catalog related inputs / workstreams
  • Own and publish various key updates and dashboards
  • Enable automation of reports and dashboards where feasible
  • Build a SQL/Macro repository for adhoc requests and reports


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of SQL
  • 2+ years of data-driven business operations processes experience
