TELEMARKETING

- Outbound Calling
- Make daily calls to potential clients from database (dealers, contractors, architects, etc.)
- Introduce ACPL products, offers, and services
- Fix appointments for the sales team / store visits
- Lead Generation & Follow-Up
- Gather information from customers and identify sales opportunities
- Follow up with interested prospects regularly
- Maintain lead tracker sheet and update CRM (if applicable)
- Campaign Support
- Call during new product launches, festival offers, or clearance sales
- Assist in feedback collection post-campaigns or events
- Data Handling
- Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and next steps
- Share daily/weekly calling reports with managers
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream)
- 1–3 years experience in telemarketing / telesales
- Experience in the tiles, construction, or building material industry is an advantage
- Good verbal communication (Tamil, English)
- Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business)
- Target-driven with the ability to multitask
