Key Responsibilities
Value Chain Development
Identify and develop value chains across multiple crop segments
Build strategic collaborations and partnerships across South Asia
Design and implement collaborative projects with commercial teams
Manage project budgets, execution, and revenue realization
Track project KPIs, reach, impact, and business outcomes
Develop governance frameworks and stakeholder dashboards
Provide technical guidance and capacity building for value chain partners
Grower Engagement Programs
Design customer retention and acquisition programs
Create grower segmentation strategies for targeted engagement
Develop value-added services to enhance customer loyalty
Launch farmer loyalty programs and farm credit initiatives
Drive product trials and adoption among grower communities
Strengthen long-term farmer relationships and brand trust
