We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Corporate Fundraising & Partnerships Manager to lead fundraising initiatives and build strategic partnerships with corporate organizations, CSR teams, foundations, and funding partners. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating social impact while driving sustainable funding opportunities through strong stakeholder engagement and business development.

You will play a critical role in expanding the organization's fundraising network, securing corporate support, and nurturing long-term partnerships that contribute to impactful community programs. Working closely with internal teams, you will help translate program outcomes into compelling partnership opportunities and donor engagement strategies.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and develop relationships with corporate donors, CSR leaders, foundations, and strategic funding partners.
  • Drive end-to-end fundraising efforts, including prospecting, proposal development, presentations, negotiations, and partnership closures.
  • Create compelling fundraising proposals, partnership decks, donor communications, and impact-driven presentations.
  • Manage donor relationships through regular engagement, reporting, stewardship activities, and renewal discussions.
  • Collaborate with internal program teams to gather impact data, success stories, and program insights for donor reporting and fundraising campaigns.
  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement, volunteering, and CSR collaboration initiatives.
  • Maintain and monitor fundraising pipelines, donor databases, partnership milestones, and funding commitments.
  • Represent the organization at networking events, industry forums, CSR conferences, and stakeholder meetings to enhance visibility and generate opportunities.
  • Ensure timely delivery of donor reports, partnership updates, and compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to fundraising strategy development and identify innovative opportunities to strengthen corporate engagement.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 4–8 years of experience in corporate fundraising, CSR partnerships, donor management, business development, strategic alliances, or consultative sales.
  • Strong understanding of corporate engagement models, CSR initiatives, and partnership development within the social impact ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to build and manage long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Excellent proposal writing, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to communicate impact effectively.
  • Knowledge of CSR regulations and corporate giving frameworks is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple fundraising opportunities and partnership initiatives simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving fundraising or business development targets.
  • Passion for social impact, community development, and creating meaningful partnerships that drive sustainable change.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, mission-driven, and fast-paced environment.
