Responsible for meeting the First proof and final proof deadlines.

Making sure the specifications are cross verified for accurate completion of proof files of current year issue.

Taking the updates from the team leader and executing the updates.

Supporting the team in preparation of sending final catalog files to printer.

Handling the customer's escalation and quickly fulfilling the requirements.

Co-ordinating with the team and creating the manual inserts for Catalog.

Maintaining Extraordinary quality to meet the internal and external SLA expectations.

Meeting the highest performance matrix level.
