Objective: Focused on delivering end-to-end execution within defined timelines and budgets. Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing vendors, and ensuring quality, safety, and compliance across all project stages.

Qualifications & Skills Required

Experience: Atleast 1 year
Bachelor’s degree in any stream , B.tech / MBA preferred but not mandatory.
Proficiency in MS Office and google sheets.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Calling & Travel Friendly.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

Plan, execute, and close signage projects as per client requirements.
Develop project timelines, schedules, and execution strategies.
Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of all project phases.

Stakeholder Coordination

Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth communication.
Align project expectations and ensure all stakeholders are updated regularly.

Budget & Cost Management

Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
Track expenses and ensure projects remain within approved budgets.

Site Execution & Supervision

Oversee on-site project activities and ensure work is executed as per design.
Ensure proper resource allocation and site readiness.

Safety & Compliance

Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements at project sites.
Monitor and enforce safety protocols during execution.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain detailed project documentation, including reports and approvals.
Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders.

Vendor Management

Manage vendor relationships and monitor performance.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
