Manager - Demand Planning

Key Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

Consolidate forecasts for India into a unified demand plan.
Collaborate with Sales, Projects, and Engineering to capture pipeline visibility and ensure forecast accuracy.
Collaborate with Solutions, Product and Engineering for ETO release and Sales Order Creation
Lead mega project reviews with key stakeholders
Translate project-level demand into executable plans for production and procurement.
Maintain accurate data in ERP/planning systems
Track key metrics — forecast accuracy, bias, adherence, and demand visibility.
Partner with Procurement and Operations to ensure material and capacity alignment.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support automation in planning processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Management; MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or S&OP within manufacturing or OEM setups.
Experience in export-oriented or global supply chain environments.
Strong analytical, collaboration, and communication skills.
Proficiency in ERP/planning systems and Power BI;
