As a Relationship Officer - LAP in Rajahmundry, you will be responsible for sourcing, acquiring, and managing Loan Against Property (LAP) clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
Job Responsibilities**
- Identify and cultivate new client relationships for Loan Against Property (LAP) products within the Rajahmundry market.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence for potential LAP borrowers.
- Present and explain LAP products to clients, addressing their queries and providing suitable solutions.
- Process loan applications accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor portfolio performance and proactively address any potential risks or issues.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets for LAP disbursements.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the LAP segment.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 2-5 years) in sales or relationship management within the financial services industry, specifically with Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
- Strong understanding of LAP products, processes, and relevant credit policies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Proficiency in local language (Telugu) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with the Rajahmundry market is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
